1. Outline dimensions of HG24100ex is exactly the same to the current Lead Acid battery in 12V210Ah. Configuration type is N200.
2. Bus and diesel truck are using 2 each of 12V/210AH=24V210Ah. for engine starting and the another 2 each the same for air conditioner, each unit weighs 60kgs. Which come to total weight of 240kgs.
3. SOC of LiFePO4 battery is over 95% against to lead acid battery of about 50-60%. In the other words, one LiFePO4 battery 24V/100Ah. is capable to replace 2 ea. of 12V/210Ah.

4. By using 2 LiFePO4 battery, total weight is around 64kgs, which is about 25% in weight
against to lead acid batter set. From the weight reduction bonus, increase pay load is
gained.
5. LiFePO4 battery needs free maintenance, increase engine efficiency, reduce carbon emission and extended service life as well. It is rated as the best and most safety power battery ever used.
6. Built-in battery management system monitor each cell for over charge and discharge,over temperature,perform balancing to each cell to optimize the system efficiency.
7. In case of too high or too low voltage and too high in temperature,BMS cuts the battery off to protect cells from permannent damage.
