Response time:
The lubricant supply time for ball thrust bearing is based on different conditions; the time of supplement is around one to six months. The other bearing for lubricant supply is unnecessary.

NAB model air brake runs by air pressure, stops by spring returns. The friction plate works with disc by air pressure slide toward to shaft. Unscrew the nut to separate the friction plate.
1. When install the brake, or install the V-pulley and chain-wheel in driving disc, please do not give strikes excessively. Please check the interval between disc and friction plate is around 05.-0.8mm.
2. This model uses the air compressed pipe with connector (oil pressured rubber pipe) to prevent the implicated rotation by bearing in air room and piston. Based on different conditions, NAC40 and NAC60 need to put spring pin into piston’s pin to prevent the implicated rotation.
