Application
GCK(L) Low Voltage Draw-out Switchgear Cabinet is composed of power distribution center (PC) cabinet and motor control center and is applicable to power plants, transformer substations and industrial and mining enterprises. It is used in power distribution system at AC 50Hz, maximum working voltage of 660V and maximum working current of 3150A for power transformation, distribution and control of motor power, motor control and lighting.
Features
The basic framework of the series products is partially welded semi-assembly structure, whose structured parts of cabinet are connected by bolts into the basic framework, then connected with door, baffle, clapboard, drawer, installation plank, busbar, electric components, etc.
A. The framework is welded by special-shape steels with excellent intensity and rigidity.
B. The installation holes for the framework and parts are at the criteria of 20mm.
C. The internal structured parts are galvanized; the external parts (framework and door lock) are under phosphating treatment and coated with static epoxy powder.
D. Inside the incoming cabinet of Power Center (PC), the top part is the area of horizontal busbar, below which is breaker chamber. The breaker may be homemade ME series, CW1 series, etc. Other foreign types of breaker may be installed according to customer requirements, such as ABB Corp.'s E series, M series by Schneider Corp. and intelligent breakers.
E. Power Center(PC)'s feeder cabinet is similar to the structure of incoming cabinet; when the feeder current is between 630A and 2000A, each set of cabinet can install two loops at the top and bottom.
F. The electrical distribution panel with fixed capacitance compensation and counting has the similar appearance and position of horizontal busbar to draw-out cabinet so as to ensure that the two can be used side by side.
G. Busbar system: the busbar for cabinet is under three-phase five-wire system. When rated current of horizontal busbar is below adopted; when it is above 1250A, dual busbar will be adopted. Horizontal busbar between two cabinets is connected by connection blocks; vertical busbar is enclosed by galvanization board and transparent organic glass board and the inside has a baffle to prevent eclectic arc from pervasion. Neutral busbar is set in the front of cabinet top, preventive busbar(PE) is set at the bottom and linked with the baffle and door to guarantee the continuity of grounding.
H. Not to reduce protection class of enclosure, there are natural ventilation windows at the top and bottom of switchgear cabinet.
I. Protection class of enclosure is IP40.
Operating environment
The ambient air temperature is not higher than +40℃, and the average temperature within 24H is not higher than +35℃, and not lower than -5℃. Atmosphere conditions: Clean air, and relative humidity does not exceed 50% when the temperature is +40℃; there can be higher relative humidity when the temperature is lower, for example 90% when the temperature is +20℃. The altitude does not exceed 2000m. No risks of fire, explosion, serious pollution, chemical corruption goods and fields of intense shake.
The incline with vertical side does not exceed 5o.
Suitable temperature for transportation and storage: -25℃~+55℃, less than +70℃ in a short time (less than 24h).
