The static torque is under 3% when the idle torque is at 1000r.p.m and the static torque is under 5% when the idle torque is at 1800r.p.m.
Remark:
1. When POC model of electromagnetic brake works, the shake is lower so it can start and stop smoothly. The resistance of torque is low and will not cause useless of heat.
2. POC model of electromagnetic brake response well, faster and great quality of heat – resistant structure. It is suitable work under high frequency of rotation.
3. POC model of electromagnetic brake is thin and simple, it uses heat tolerance of coil and special oil of bearing. Besides, the armature is wear- resistant and usage time is longer.
