烨利电机厂有限公司创立于1977年。工厂位处于淡水区中和里小中寮。主要生产家电产品，供应包含东元与大同公司等国内大型家电公司与国外知名客户之OEM/ODM厂，销售区域遍布欧美与亚太各大国家。是台湾最早申请美国UL家庭电器出口的安规认证工厂之一。 现有生产部门为：1.模具制造 2.塑料产品射出 3.铝压铸 4.产品组装。 公司于1984年取得UL产品认证(E80193)。1993年取得欧洲CE安规。为国外知名客户之OEM/ODM厂，销售区域遍布欧美与亚太各大国家。 2000年烨利公司取得ISO-9001认证，扩大生产领域到影音家电产品。先后以OEM代工方式以及自有品牌生产，供货给家乐福、大润发等知名量贩店。 现自有主要产品为： 可携式电风扇，热风扇及工业用热风扇 多媒体影音产品，DVD之生产制造 除湿机，空气清净机 冰箱，冷气机 AC交流马达，送风马达之制造
