TSA 570 is a commercial type in line vacuum tray sealer for big productivity factory to minimize invest, labor, maintenance cost. TSA 570 in line vacuum tray sealer not only achieve regular tray seal(with gas ) but also MAP vacuum gas seal for food and noon food industrial such as fresh salad, cheese, ready meal, meat, sea food, frozen food, small cut meat with MAP tray or regular without gas tray pack.
This machine was design for one man operation efficiency and high speed for big size factory, with automatic in feed, vacuum, seal, film cutting, film rewinder, discharge function you can have up to 4 packing cycle per minute. This machine can also optional equip with auto tray loading system to speedy pack cycle.
