Thermal Grease (pads)
Silicone grease, made with polysiloxane compound, has excellent heat conduction and can be used as a great thermal conduction interface.
Features: 1. Excellent thermal conductivity value.
High value K and excellent thermal conductivity prevent heat to affect the components’ efficiency. 2. Easy to be processed.
Thermal putty is easy to shape into various forms in order to fit different applicable situation. 3. High volume resistance.
