At present main test and certification for PET strapping band is Association of America Railroad (AAR) and SGS.AAR is testing for product quality and SGS is analysis of the composition. If you want to sell PET strap band to South America and Canada, normally you shall have assurance of AAR. If you want to sell products to Europe, you shall pass SGS drug-free certification.
Another certification is Material Safety Data Sheet, for short MSDS. In Europe, MSDS also call SDS (Safety Data Sheet).
As the basic data for the security of product, MSDS is used for provide information as below.
1. Providing the information of chemical hazards to protect the user of chemical products.
2. Providing technology information for establish security operation procedure of chemical hazards.
3. Providing technology information for bailout and Emergency Accident Treatment.
4. Direct to produce safely, transport safely and use safely.
5. It is the import base and information source for managing chemical products.
MSDS is a key point to evaluate the ability, image and management of a company in foreign trade.
