■ Absent Message
It is annoying when we find someone but he’s unavailable to answer the phone. The inner caller will know the extension holder’s situation as soon as dialing the extension number.
Example: Nicole is on her special leaves for 2 weeks; her colleagues will know her return day (August 15) from her absent message.
■Call Barring
Call Barring provides user only accept the allowed list of inbound call or reject the prohibited list call or both conditions. When an incoming call from the prohibited list, the caller doesn’t know it was rejected but only hear the busy tone.
