The tea sensory course includes sensory training to understand the taste of the six major tea types. We start by tasting Taiwanese tea from different areas and types, and then move on to tasting tea from other places in the world. The courses are divided into four levels: entry, beginner, intermediate, and advanced, which allows people who love tea to gain a better understanding of the taste of tea varieties worldwide.
