Tablet Icon LGF
  1. Material: double-sided protective film, optical-grade PC, white reflective sheet.
  2. Process: After hot pressing, double-sided adhesive, white reflective sheet multi-level lamination, finally cut automatically by machine.
  3. Size: According to customer drawings to determine the length, width, LED placement and then cut the required shape.
  4. Thickness: In order to reach customer’s slimmer module demand, we use 0.4 LED and used matched 0.4mm rectangular LGF to make back light modeul.
  5. Application: rectangular LGF needs irregular cut holes to put Led besides icons which are used in different back light module.
  6. Function: The original design is to put one LED under each icon and the use diffuser. So the whole thickness is 2mm. New device puts one LED besides each icon and do not use diffuser. Therefore the whole module is slimmer and has better optical uniformity performance.
