  1. Material: double-sided tape, optical-grade PC, white reflective sheet.
  2. Process: Design patterns for certain area of a light guide bar, then so mold processing, and finally heating Mold to press optical-grade PC
  3. Size: According to customer drawings of length, width and LED positions to be cut holes.
  4. Thickness: according to the size of the customer’ LED to design, this module uses 0.4 LED. In order to ensure full LED light is all utilized, so the total thickness of the design is 0.4mm.
  5. Application: rectangle LGF needs to cut holes for placing LED.
    LED backlight module can use this design.
  6. Function: Putting LED besides instead of behind each icon can reduce the whole module thickness, and increased optical uniformity.
