PFS 1000 „Economy“ (2005)

General description

The PFS 1000 „Economy“ is a fully automatic stationary production plant for concrete stones, where the production is done on boards with legs. The height of the legs is dependant on the highest product, which the plant should produce. These boards are piled up to stacks with 5 or 10 boards. A stacker truck feeds these board stack to the machine, where the boards are selected and given to the production machine. After production the boards are piled up to 5 or 10 boards automatically. A stacker truck brings the board stack with products on it to the curing area. From there a stacker truck brings the board stacks with the cured products on it to the packing area. The empty boards are brought to the production machine again with a stacker truck.
