  1. Material: white reflective film, black and white double-sided tape, guiding light level PC, diffuser sheet.
  2. Process: according to the logo size and LED distance to design optical pattern, and then made into a hot mold which will be transferred on a PC. Finally, layer by layer, covered by a white reflective film, diffusion sheet and trim molding.
  3. Size: Irregular long bar, and LED placed at aperture beside each drawing.
  4. Thickness: according to the size of the customer’s LED, the LGF is designed to meet the LED.
  5. Features: Because PC can be cropped after embossing, it can cut wholes to place LED. Therefore there are fewer restrictions in design and customers can design according to the actual demand.
  6. Application: tablet PCs, smart phones and other products need the backlight light-emitting function.
  7. Function: Putting leds next to each signals, the side-light backlight module can be slimmer and improve uneven light output issue of each signals.
