Rubber Seal Ring with irregular shape

Jotex can manufacture precision rubber seals by molding, injecting, and transferring methods. We have an extensive range of rubber compounds to suit the seal application and environment. Nearly all custom size O-Rings, washers, square rings, and so on in almost every material from your measurements, a drawing or existing sample.

Seal rings made of NBR compounds which have excellent resistance to abrasion, non-polar oils and solvent, water and permeation (higher acrylonitrile content will be better), and also can be used in conditions of dilute acids, alkalis and salt solution at low temperatures. Applying in aromatic hydrocarbons, chlorinated hydrocarbons and polar solvents are not suitable.
