The Chorizo Bolognese sauce boasts a recipe with a long-standing tradition, crafted from our homemade Classic Tomato Sauce and extra chorizo (pork lean and belly) sourced from fresh meat, along with La Vera sweet paprika. Slow-cooking it over low heat allows us to further enhance the aromas of these ingredients, achieving an even more flavorful result in the traditional style.
