SDG-R-4A SunDa Rib and Interlock knitting machine is the

• Rib machine base and can also make Interlock fabrics.
• We can also call it "RIBLOCK" knitting machine.
• It is designed for manufacturing 80% Rib and 20% Interlock fabrics.

SDG-R-4A Rib and Interlock knitting machine (RibLock)

For example,  34" 60 Feeder is a classic type of Rib machine.
→When it converts to 34" 60 Feeder Interlock, 60 feeder is too less in terms of Interlock machine.
→The standard Rib machine is 1.6F/1.8F/ inch, therefore, 34" 54F /60F is standard Rib.

[Check Before You Choose RibLock]

1. Examine your Rib order is stable or not.
   → If stable, then choose SDG-R Rib.
   → If not stable, then choose SDG-R-4A RibLock.
2. Examine Rib fabrics GSM is normal or extreme.
   → If rib order not stable and knit normal rib fabrics, then choose SDG-R-4A RibLock.
   → If rib order not stable and knit extreme thin or thick Rib fabrics, then choose SDG-R Rib machine.
3. If Interlock and Rib fabrics order are half and half.
   → 1.8F/inch RibLock machine is recommended.
   For example, 34" 60F
4. Rib drop needle 1x1, 2x2, 3x3, structure design such as waffle.
   → 1.6F/ inch SDG-R Rib machine  is recommended.
   → The wider the stitch area, the easier the design can be.

• DIAL INDICATOR：
  When adjusting the fabrics GSM or the needle timing, dial indicator device can easily help the technician to measure the cylinder position and make the adjusting work more efficiency.
