Introduction the RGB Balun allows a single Red/Green/Blue or YPbPr component video signal to be transmitted via unshielded twisted pair (UTP) cable in a point-to-point connection. Used in pairs, the RGB Balun eliminates three coaxial cables, allowing component audio-video equipment to be connected via space-efficient and cost-effective Category 5 twisted pair cable. The RGB Balun works with RGB equipment that carries the synchronization pulses on one of the three color signals. The RGB Balun works with LCD projectors, monitors, plasma screens, matrix switchers, splitters, converters and RGB/YPbPr video equipment and comes with three separate coaxial jumpers for ease of installation. ‧Specification 1.
