The RAC rapid test kit is a qualitative and lateral-flow immunoassay designed method product, using for ractopamine detection in swine urine. It is commonly used in farm field but also in the laboratory. The operation procedure is easy in two steps; drop 3 drops (about 120 μL) in the sample collect region on the cassette, then waiting for 5 minutes to get the result. By interpretation of the T, C lines to judge the testing sample has ractopamine residue or not.
