PVC membrane press & vacuum adhesive is an improved ethylene-vinylacetate emulsion who has good adhesive strength, good heat resistance and excellent water resistance. This one-component adhesive is composed of VAE emulsion and polyurethane adhesive. Through adding in a special assistant we enhance product's leveling property, make it easy to spray and have a better film formation. Since this is a water-based glue, it is safe, nontoxic, easy to clean, convenient to use and no harmful to worker's health. As an environmental friendly product it doesn't contain noxious solvent, VOC emulsion, cancer-causing chemical such as formaldehyde, poisonous and penetrating odor. It is applicable to the hot blister joint between PVC film and MDF or other wood products. Tonren's membrane press & vacuum adhesive has been widely used in the membrane press vacuum market, like cabinet, computer desk, sound box, embossed door, wooden door, office desk etc.

To increase bonding between PVC and the base (MDF, PB, Wood), we can add in suitalbe amount, about 2-3%, of curing agent (hardener). In this case, it becomes a doulbe-component adheisve. By doing so we can also improve weather resistance. But, mixture has to be finished as soon as possible.
