Aojisi（Guangzhou Aojisi New Material Co.,Ltd ）is one of the few producers in China who can produce PVB interlayer and PVB resin powder for the complete industry chain independently. PVB interlayer base is occupying construction area of 20，000 ㎡ with more than 200 employees in Guangzhou Baiyun Area, annual production capacity is more than 7.5 million ㎡，amount to 5500 ton.The PVB resin powder base (covers) the area about 750，0000 ㎡. which is located in Zhaoqing Guangdong， the annual production is about 10，000 ton. We produce and monitor all products autonomously and we have the R&D and innovation ability. Currently AJS have 4 PVB interlayer production lines and 1 PE film production line. We have the advanced equipment imported from oversea to assure the product quality. For example, Automatic die from CLOEREN America, infrared thickness gauge from NDC America，filter from MAAG Germany and GNEUSS Germany. Our testing equipment Flaw detector is from WINTRISS America，Match colors instrument from DATACOLOR Switzerland, Moisture meter from METTLER TOLEDO Switzerland and so on. Moreover, we also have a set of testing equipment according to the Chinese national safe glass testing center，like Radiation resistance tester，auto collimator，impact tester and so on. Our production workshop is in the 300,000 strong purification that hard control in the condition of Constant temperature and humidity, dust-free, anti-static treatment which ensure the high product quality of AojiSi PVB interlayer. The company's products are in full compliance with all international standard for safety glass, including ANSI Z97.1 and ECE R-43, etc.. The company also got the ISO9001: 2008 international quality system certification, to ensure effective control for the whole production process and product quality.
