QD type pulleys are all screw-thread, won’t have any swinging issue. It’s quick and cost less while replacing the pulley, easy to install/dissemble, and can reduce the manpower.

1. Material: Cast iron(GG25/FCD250, less long-wearing) / Ductile cast iron(GGG450~650, higher level)

2. Procedure: Can lower the radial jump

3. Anti-rust procedure: Phosphate treatment

4. The tolerance between QD bush and axis: ±0.125mm

5. The diameter of pulleys with available stocking: 90~500mm

6. Concentric circles: the QD bushes fit 360° with the axis, can prevent the gap as the simple bore type might cause.
