Plastic shaft roller is famous for its light weight. For product which needs to be light weight, designer often chooses plastic shaft roller. However, light weight may cause lower strength, thus, designer will apply more structure to enhance the strength. The way to combine plastic shaft with rubber is different from metal shaft because of high temperature forming process of the rubber. Plastic would melt in the mold. Lanjo’s material of plastic are POM / ABS / NYLON 66+ plus glass fiber. We can develop more type of material to meet customer’s need.
