PEEK screws have been used to replace aluminum, brass, steel and stainless steel one in a wide variety of applications. PEEK screws are useful for chemical-resistant applications eg. semiconductor production equipment and devices, printed circuit-board etching devices, FPD, metal plating equipment, and chemical plants, hot-water pumps and chemical pumps.

  • Black spots may appear on the external surface. However, this has no impact on performance.
  • Gate residue of screw head is <=0.2mm
  • Since pitch misalignment of screw may happen during molding, use with a nut to compensate for thread molding pitch errors. When a nut is not used, it is recommended that the overlap of mating screw threads be shorter than 20 mm.
  • Heat resistance and chemical resistance changes depending on use conditions, make sure to test under actual use conditions beforehand.
  • Discoloration to some extent may occur depending on lot and possible various conditions.
