1.Most general peptides are made from soy protein by the fermentation or hydrolysis with acid or alkali from soy proteins. Especially, our products are detaching the cell wall in low temperature, special amino acids sequence peptides which can be hydrolyzed. Decompose the soy protein macromolecules into active soy peptides(molecular weight <10KD)composed of 2 to 50 amino acids. Soy peptides by special amino acids sequence peptides which can be hydrolyzed , up to 80% are small peptides, which can be absorbed by intestinal directly. Also, it’s more easily to be absorbed by human body than other hydrolyzed soy peptides.
