Description:
5000cs~6000cs are clear, colorless polydimethylsiloxane fluid having silanole groups in α,ω- position. By functionalizing the Polydimethylsiloxanes on the ends of the chain defined products are obtained having a functionality of 2.
Due to their silanole groups 5000cs~6000cs react with themselves or with functional silanes in a condensation reaction.
The silicone fluids react with Si-H containing fluids by evolution of hydrogen.
OH-terminated fluids are available in a broad range of viscosities.
