The main difference between the Misting Humidifier and sprinklers that spray out of the water molecule
size. Misting Humidifier spraying out water molecules, at least must have more than 65% smaller
than the diameter of the water molecules 30μ, only known as mist. When the water molecule is equal
to the diameter of 30μ, gravity is equal to the buoyancy of water molecules, water particles can float
in the air, the water molecules have enough time, to absorb heat in the air, Evaporate into steam.
Misting Humidifier quality is good or bad, the main reason is that the quality of the high-pressure nozzle. 
How to determine the quality of the high-pressure nozzle, as follows,
1. Use life, nozzles are usually installed in the wall on the ground 3-5 meters away, not replace easy,
life is too short, it will be great inconvenience to users. 
The impact of three factors of nozzle’s use life;
a. The nozzle material, the nozzle is used in the water, there is often a fluorine and chlorine in water,
these two elements is the highest natural oxidant activity, especially in the high-pressure environment,
is likely to cause oxidation of the metal material. Even stainless steel (SUS304), in this environment, as
long as  period of 100 hours,oxides will be formed on its surface. The formation of scale, there is a
basic condition that must be a rough surface, before adhering scale. After the metal surface started to
become a rough surface, there are scale crystals begin to adhere to the metal surface, the formation of
clogging. Therefore, high-pressure water nozzles should avoid using metal materials.
b. The processing methods, aperture processing, whether on a drill or laser forming, there will be the
case of high-temperature oxidation from the edges of metal, burr length of about 0.02-0.05mm.
Calcium ions in water at 60Bar environment, will have a diameter of about 0.02-0.05mm scale, These
scales are just stuck in the nozzle, around the nozzle hole to accelerate causing embrittlement.
c. The thickness of the nozzle outlet, usually less than 0.2mm, to avoid the interference of water jet,
because the thickness is thin, heat generated during processing, will soon result in serious metal oxide,
the oxidized metal surface became very rough, of course very easy to form scale crystallization, thus
clogging.
d. The nozzle structure, the metal nozzle fogging way is, to use two waterjet hit at the edge of the
nozzle hole, water mist is formed due to high-speed crash, the higher the pressure, the faster the flow,
the greater the impact strength, mist will be more finer. Due to the impact of different spray angle,
after hitting, the water particle size will not be the same. Where the angle of refraction is smaller,
faster, the more fine water particles will be. Therefore, the inner mist particles will be relatively
small, the outer ring particles will be relatively bigger. Thus, the greater the pressure, the more the
amount of water discharged, water particles are finer. However, at the same time, greater damage
on the nozzle , especially in the process, subject to considerable impact embrittlement of the metal
material. After rough statistics, brass nozzle life about 100 hours, stainless steel about 130 hours.
e. Uniformity of water molecules, Water molecules will have different refraction angles after an impact,
produce different particle sizes. The more uniform the size of water molecules, the more uniform
evaporation rate, the higher the percentage of evaporation, the better the evaporation efficiency will be.
2. Fogging angle, water molecules because of the greater refraction angle after impact, the wider the
diffusion of water molecules, the more open the dispersion, the more completely evaporated, the better
the evaporation efficiency will be.
