The static torque is under 3% when the idle torque is at 1000r.p.m and the static torque is under 5% when the idle torque is at 1800r.p.m.

When winding paper, filament, electric wire, PVC leather, thin film or fiber of products, the tension should be constant. The electromagnetic clutch and brake have excellent characteristics that reduce consumption of materials, great precision and it is easily to adjustment or operation. Besides, the automation and efficiency of characteristics can save time of training operator.

It can automatic control constant tension by design of machine and control panel and the torque will not affect by the rotative speed. (The velocity can be ten times or thousand times of rotation per minute.) It still can maintain the tension under wider range of rotation.

Wet magnetic powder will influence the function, please avoid water and oil contact with inner of brake. Please use oil seal to cover completely to the gear box.
2. The torque of brake will reduce efficacy when it has used for a long time. Please replace the magnetic powder to restore the function. When it needs to replace the magnetic powder, please contact with us.
