Metallic K Series (Red Dot 50°~100°) are interior powder coatings. This coating is ideal for indoor applications, including sports and recreation equipment, furniture, hand and power tools, hardware, fixtures, toolboxes, safety equipment, and wire goods.
1. K-Series are epoxy-polyester hybrid powder coatings.
2. Red dot K-Series have no chemical resistance; they are recommended to apply a clear top coat for protection.
3. It is applied using electrostatic spraying, with a recommended film thickness of 60~90μm.
4. The curing condition is a metal surface temperature of 200°C for 10 minutes.
5. The storage period is 6 months from the production date, in a dry environment at or below 25°C.
6. Environment: Exterior.
7. Finish: Metallic Smooth.
8. Gloss: K-8668AB (50°±4%), K-1220AB (60°±4%), K-10295SNB (RAL9022) (60°±4%), K-1136SB (65°±4%), K-5510SCB (80°±5%), K-1403A (100°±5%).
