Metal Detectable Bell Shaped Foam Earplug
Application:
Metal Detectable Ear Plugs are designed specifically for the food industry. They are blue in color, as blue is the only non-food color in the industry. These earplugs are detectable by industrial metal detection scanners to ensure compliance with food safety regulations. Using metal-detectable earplugs is one of the easiest ways to ensure that any non-food objects are detected before the food leaves the production facility.
Features:
The EP-39D metal-detectable bell-shaped disposable foam earplugs are tested according to ANSI specs S3.19-1974. They feature soft, slow-recovery foam for extreme comfort and outstanding noise reduction to protect your hearing. The earplugs have embedded metal balls in them for easy detection. They are easy to roll down and insert, and they expand slowly for a low-pressure fit in virtually any size ear canal. The bell-shaped earplugs have a flared end that provides extra material to cover the outside of the ear canal to help block sound. They are available with plastic cords that contain metal particles and non-metal particle options and are conveniently packaged in individual polybags to keep each pair clean.
The earplugs are made in Taiwan and meet ANSI S3.19-1974 & EN352-2:2020 standards. They have a comfortable wing shape that offers a comfortable fit for virtually any ear canal. The extremely soft foam plug provides a comfortable, low-pressure fit. Metal Detectable PVC Cord is also available.
