Long Pile loop cut knitting machine

SDG-C-H Long Pile loop cut knitting machine is another choice of longer loop.
The advantage of this machine is to cut the loop directly on the machine by the cylinder knife.  
It reduces the wastage of yarn and save the shearing process during production.
It fastens the fabrics procedure, and thus reduce carbon emissions.     
Range of pile loop length is available as follow:

• HIGH PILE       :  ( 50 ~ 64mm )

MACHINE FEATURES:

• MORE EFFICIENCY:  
  Equip Coating Knife, extend the knife life time and make the production more efficiency and fabrics loop better quality.  
• MORE APPLICATION:
  By arranging or replacing dial needle and cylinder knife needle, various high pile structure* can be knit on the machine. 

*Structure will affect the pile density and texture.

OPTION:

• As an optional part, the lycra feeding unit can be installed on this machine to make high quality elastic fabrics.

FABRICS:
This pile loop cut knitting machine can be able to produce:
Coral, vermicelli, pearl attraction, snow, ice crystal, plush, rice flour, peacock, fireworks, upright feather velvet after dyeing and finishing process.

APPLICATION:

• Blankets, carpets, Mink fabrics, Faux fur, bathrobe, clean cloth, toy (poodle, lion mane), home textile and etc.
