The designated light-weight electrical bike (LEBike) is powered by electrical hub motor in real wheel and human pedaling in front wheel. The human pedaling in the front wheel is only considered as assistive purpose instead of main force as in a usual bike. This configuration with human pedaling in the front wheel enables the proposed LEBike with only around two-third of overall length during riding, compared to that of a usual bike or electrical-assistive bike with human pedaling in real wheel via chain and chainwheel. The reduced length allows the LEBike to be placed into a car without the need of main structural folding, which also relieves strength requirement, mechanism complexity, and consequently weight reduction. In the same time, without the need of pedaling on chainwheel allows saddle height to be significantly lowered so that riders’ legs can easily reach ground when siting on the saddle, which substantially improves riding safety and comfortability especially for the elder and female riders.  
The LEBike with reduced dimension and light weight can be considered as improving safety and comfortability for electrical scooters, and conciseness and portability for conventional legitimate electrical bikes. As a result of the moderate saddle height and light weight design, the LEBike is suitable of riding for the elders, females, and young people.        The LEBik is intended for one adult riding, but is versatile for placing a shopping basket, sitting a little child, and even attaching a pet cage. Therefore, the LEBike is convenient and helpful for daily life usage within riding range of 10km radius under battery electricity support for one hour. The merits of compact and light design enables the LEBike to be used linking with a car or truck so that to expand their respectively inherent operation boundary. Therefore, the LEBike can be useful for business, commuting, and outdoor activity.
