SDG-R-4A Interlock and Rib knitting machine is the Interlock machine base and can also make Rib fabrics.
It has another name “INTERIB” knitting machine.
This machine is design for manufacturing 80% interlock and 20% Rib fabrics. 
If you want to use this machine to make full function like Rib machine, please choose SDG-R Rib machine.

[Important Notification]
SDG-R-4A Interib machine For example,  34” 72Feeder is a classic type of interlock machine.
When it converts to 34” 72Feeder Rib, 72 feeder is too much in terms of Rib machine.
The standard Rib machine is 1.6F/1.8F/ inch, therefore, 34” 54F /60F is standard Rib.
72Feeder can still make normal Rib fabrics. However, if go extremely thin or thick gsm, Interib machine is not capable.
Do not be misguided that the higher feeder the more production of Rib machine. 
A lot of knitters having this wrong information, RIB machine do not apply this rule.

[Check Before You Choose Interib]
1. Examine your Rib order is stable or not.
→ If stable, then choose SDG-R Rib.
→ If not stable, then choose SDG-R-4A Interib.

2. Examine Rib fabrics GSM is normal or extreme.
→ If rib order not stable and knit normal rib fabrics, then choose SDG-R-4A Interib.
→ If rib order not stable and knit extreme thin or thick Rib fabrics, then choose SDG-R Rib machine.

3. If Interlock and Rib fabrics order are half and half.
→ 1.8F/inch Interib machine is recommended.

■ INTERLOCK AND RIB CONVERSION:
Simply change the Interlock Cylinder Knit cam to Rib knit cam, machine conversion is done and ready for Rib.

■ DIAL INDICATOR:
When adjusting the fabrics GSM or the needle timing, dial indicator device can easily help the technician to measure the cylinder position and make the adjusting work more efficiency.
Cylinder height adjustment and Cylinder horizontal adjustment can take record on the fabrics work sheet and ease the adjustment work on the next machine.
