The so-called humidity planting, is the use of increasing humidity and ventilation to get rid of the overheat damage, use of over-saturation of moisture to irrigation and bactericidal, reach irrigation, cooling, humidification and pesticide spraying can meet the needs of automated management.
There is a phenomenon in nature is constant, high pressure to low pressure moving, high to low temperature diffusion (thermal expansion or contraction), in the northern hemisphere, because the Earth's rotation factor, this phenomenon will form, from west to east counterclockwise motion. If we can be of this phenomenon, used in the greenhouse air circulation to reduce the indoor temperature, the effect is very powerful.
We made two electric window at the upper edge of the east and west direction of the greenhouse, the bigger, the better. When we open humidifier in the greenhouse, do fogging spray, the indoor relative humidity exceeds 75%, it will form a convection wind, began to bring the indoor humidity to outside, overheating away. After a roughly statistics, 120 square meters, around 5 meters high inside of the greenhouse, spraying rate of about 2 liters per minute, the outdoor temperature is 32 ℃, relative humidity is 50% of the environment, the indoor temperature can be quickly reduced to 28 ℃, relative humidity 72%. When the outdoor temperature continues to rise to 37 ℃, as long as the increase in the rate of spraying, can achieve the same effect.
When we do irrigation purposes, as long as shut the electric windows , because nowhere to vent the steam will cause supersaturation, form water droplets, slowly settling very uniform in every place inside the greenhouse, to achieve the purpose of irrigation water. After testing, each spray 30 minutes, the water in the soil settling about 10mm (different soil composition and compaction, will be different ). Pesticide spraying can be used in the same way, to follow the demand of spraying time, make adjustments at different time, the most important is that this way of sterilization, the effect will be much better (stomata in the dorsal), and that will not poison the farmer nor second time pollution hazard.
Humidifier System installation design has two kinds of low-pressure pipe conveyor systems and high-pressure pipe delivery systems.
Low pressure pipe conveyance system: using the greenhouse existing delivery water pipes, or rebuilt a new PVC pipes delivery system. Water was delivered to the fogging regional, and then use high-pressure pump, do pressurizing operation, and spray. The need to spray the area, and then use high-pressure pump, do pressurizing operation, spray. Starting of high-pressure pump, use power circuit switch, depends on the needs of the environment, the implementation of a different number of start-up or shutdown.
High-pressure pipe delivery system: that is, all the pumps and electrical switches are centralized in the Control Manage Center . Pressurized water pump, centralized into a single high-pressure pipeline, the unity pipeline piped the high pressure water into the workplace, then do the line distribution and configuration. The advantage of this system is, we can complete all the circuitry of the pump in the Control Manage Center. The disadvantage is that the high-pressure pipeline to transport far, more likely to have leakage and loose phenomenon.
