Microtek’s XT7000 HS is a new-generation A3 flatbed scanner which is exclusively designed for documents, artworks, books and archiving. Adopted with a high-quality CCD sensor and high-speed USB 3.0 interface, the XT7000 HS is able to finish a scan of one A3 document with 300 dpi in just two seconds. Equipped with a scanner lid detection sensor, the XT7000 HS can start a scan automatically once the scanner lid is closed and detected by the sensor, releasing great efforts of repeated button-clicking actions when scanning tons of papers. With a design of a no-break platform, it is easy to lie a scanned book absolutely flat on the glass surface for scanning and thus likely to reduce happenings of the problem of blurred images along the inner side. The design of a segmented scanner lid make user have no need to repeat the actions of opening or closing the lid when scanning large volumes of originals and thus is helpful to release the fatigue value. In addition, with the “Save multiple pages as a single file” feature, user can directly scan multiple mages and save them as a single PDF file for further viewing and reading.
