SDG-CHI High Feeder Pile loop cut knitting machine has more feeder than normal.
For example, 30” diameter machine is 18 Feeder Unit
(Each Feeder Unit is consist of knitting loop/ knitting ground/ cutting loop process)
Compare to the typical 30” 16 Feeder unit, the high feeder pile loop cut knitting machine has 12.5% more production.
The advantage of this machine is to cut the loop directly on the machine during knitting process.
It efficiently reduces the wastage of yarn and greatly save the production cost.

■ MORE PRODUCTION:
Sunda R&D team develop high feeder pile loop cut machine. Successfully increase the production for 12.5% more compare to Sun Da classic model of SDG-C.
■ MORE EFFICIENCY:
Equip Coating Cutting Knife, triple the cutting knife life time and make the production more efficiency.
Loop is cutting evenly therefore can save one time shearing process. (In general, two time shearing process need without loop cut in advanced.)
■ MORE APPLICATION:
－ STRUCTURE: By arranging dial needle and cylinder knife, various high pile structure* can be knit on the machine.
－ YARN: Various kind of yarn can knit and will result different fabrics effect.
－ AFTER FINISHING PROCESS: Same fabrics passing different after finishing process, will come out different effect.
*Structure will affect the pile density and texture.

■ Lycra feeding unit: It can be installed on this machine to make high quality elastic fabrics as an optional accessories.
