Given this fact, Eagle Eyes always focuses on the quality management of product to guarantee a safety driving for our customers. We have attained ISO 9001/2000 and ISO/TS 16949/2002 certifications issued by NSF-ISR. Besides, we strictly follow the legal standard set by each country and region, such as SAE/DOT for the US and E-Mark for Europe to ensure the eligibility of our product in each country and regions. Moreover, Eagle Eyes joined CAPA program in 2005 and began to produce CAPA certified auto lamps. When producing lamps, quality and legal eligibility always come at the first priority. Investment and cultivation For years, automotive lamp manufacturing has been considered traditional industry and has little to do with high technology. More and more car light design integrates elements like HID, LED, CCFL and other new functions. Since 2000, we have introduced a CNC factory, CAD/CAM (R&D auxiliary unit), the SAP ERP system, Goniophotometers (photometric test machines), 2-color and 3-color injection machines and Vibration Welders to make better auto lamps more efficiently. In 2008, our lab acquired AQRP-LAB certificate that makes us an AQRP approved lab for testing to FMVSS108. As a result, our lab can perform environmental and photometric tests and generate report for E-Mark and CAPA. To strengthen our service and shorten the transit time for the US customers, Eagle Eyes established warehouses in California and New Jersey in 2007 and 2008 respectively.
