Price: Platts Med Blacksea FOB minus USD 8.00 discount

1^st lifting September 2010 possible

Seller is a Russian company (well introduced)

Seller will provide past history

No BCL or up front LC requested

Seller wants only that seller’s/buyer’s bank agree verbiage of DLC.

POP: Seller will provide contracts and lay-cans

Commissions are buyer side: USD 1.50

(therefore must go straight forward – best would an exit buyer and not to many intermediaries in between; not like Indians)

Lawyer in Cologne/Germany is seller’s mandate.

Opportunity allows nice mark-up for buyer if exit-buyer is a major or is in Rotterdam , where Platts NWE CIF would apply.

It is not interesting if exit-buyer is in US (shipping cost).
