FF and TAP eliminate some of the side effects of CAP to the minimum. Therefore FF and TAP have replaced the traditional CAP, however they still have potential risks of causing diseases. Thus, the detection of the FF and TAP residues has become more import in many industries. The quantitative FF/TAP ELISA kit is based on the specific immunochemical reactions between antigen and antibody.  It relies on the competition of FF-HRPO conjugate and FF/TAP residue in the sample to bind to the FF antigen immobilized on the microtiter wells. In the test procedure, the sample and the FF-HRPO conjugate are added into the antigen-immobilized microtiter well.  If the drug is present in the sample, it will reduce limited amount of Flu-HRPO conjugate to bind Flu antigen- immobilized on the microtiter well. When a sufficient amount of drug is present, the drug will saturate the antibody. Thus the enzyme reaction will not proceed and only light color will be shown and concluded as a positive result. If there is no drug in the sample, it will generate a deep color due to the enzyme reaction with the substrate.
