How to use a full body harness?
INSPECT
Always inspect safety harness before using it. Check the material for tears, cuts, fraying, abrasion, discoloration, burns, holes, mold, pulled/broken stitches, or other signs of wear/damage. If the harness is showing any signs of noticeable wear or damage, defect, inadequate maintenance, or unsafe condition, it must be removed from service immediately, because it may cause injury or death.
STORAGE
Harness should be kept in a cool, dry place and indoor when not in use. Heat, cold, or constant exposure to sunlight or rain could cause damage that may not be visible. Harnesses should be hung up to avoid physical damage from weight being placed on them or from sharp objects slicing them.

- Step 2：Inspect for Damage or Wear

- Step 4：Connect the Leg Straps.
- Step 5：Connect the Chest / Waist Strap.
- Step 6：Adjust the Straps.
