The biggest challenge of Teflon extrusion for screw and barrel is the problem of corrosion.
Since 2000, the practical experience of researching and manufacturing screw & barrel for Teflon extrusion has been continuously gained experience from problems, and the production technology has been close to the perfect stage.
The material of screw is C276 nickel-based alloy steel, which has good corrosion resistance to hydrofluoric acid, and is more tough and wear-resistant at high temperature.
The material of the barrel is made of nickel-based alloy bimetal. The thickness of the inner layer of nickel-based alloy is about 2.0~2.5mm. The outside is a base metal with hydrofluoric acid resistance, especially the part of the inlet has excellent hydrofluoric acid resistance.
TEFLON screw and barrel production range is Φ12mm~Φ100mm
At present, there are 40-50 sets of production experience per year.
The base metal and alloy powder of the screw and barrel are imported from Japan, which have the advantages of corrosion resistance, wear resistance and long life.
