Curing Schedule
Sterling® 77X-010 will air dry at 25°C / 77°F in 40 - 60% relative humidity to a tack-free surface in 20 - 30 minutes. Drying can be accelerated by exposure to 125 - 135°F / 257°F - 275°F for 2 - 3 minutes after an initial flash-off of one minute.
Impregnated windings must allow a minimum of three days at room temperature for evaporation of solvent and penetration of oxygen to achieve best properties.
Transportation / Storage
Store below 25°C / 77°F in a dry controlled environment out of direct sunlight. This material should be suitable for use stored under these conditions in the original sealed containers for twelve (12) months from the date of shipment.
