The general assembly locking tool is upgraded to an assembly locking tool with intelligent control, data recording and real-time monitoring after combining the wireless torque sensor of the Kemp smart system.
The wireless torque sensor upgrades general electric, pneumatic, and manual torque tools with the following functions.
- Types of supporting tools：torque multiplier mechanism wrench, torque multiplier, mechanical torque wrench
- Measurable signal source：torque, angle.
- When used with E-BTM-C controller, it can freely switch 60 RF working frequency bands.
- The sensor will automatically detect the health status (electricity + communication + torque + angle + number of uses) when it is turned on, etc.
- Real-time monitoring with screen display and warning sound reminder to avoid locking errors.
- Provide smart APP or software that supports Android and Windows (Microsoft) systems. The torque curve display is limited to the Windows system version, which can be monitored and managed from mobile phones / tablets / computers.
- Wireless sensor LED light signal display, in the process of operation, you can judge whether the lock is qualified or not from the light signal
