The wireless torque sensor upgrades the electric, pneumatic and manual torque tools to an intelligent system with the following functions
- After installing the wireless torque sensor, the electric or pneumatic tools that cannot display the data results can also have the data display and recording functions of smart tools
- Types of supporting tools：hydraulic pulse wrench, pneumatic constant torque tool, electric constant torque tool, pneumatic wrench
- Used with the E-BTM-C controller, the controller can display more locking result information, and immediately detect the correctness or give a warning when the locking is wrong.
- The built-in sensor will automatically detect the health status when it is turned on (including：power + communication + torque + angle + number of uses)
- It is possible to set the programming of the working cycle, which can avoid the omission of steps or the occurrence of errors
- Through the software, it can be monitored and managed from mobile phones/tablets/computers, and supports Android and Windows system smart APPs. The torque curve display is limited to the Windows system version.
- Wireless sensor LED light signal display, the light signal will display OK/NG in color.
- Through the transmission of the locking operation data, the working data can be converted into data, and can be recorded and stored in the computer/MES system/cloud server. And can be intelligently managed from the locking operation to the back-end tracking.
