Sludge Dryer System
Item No.: | CH/CHB Series |
(Hot Air Drying Type)
1. Structure and Principle
Dryer heat source may be an electric heater, if using steam or waste heat, the heat exchanger is required to convert into high-temperature hot air dryer. The bottom of the drying tank for the batch drying perforated plate, punched plate through air drying wet sludge. Continuous drying system is perforated plate chain conveyor used to transport sludge conveyor chain plate by hot air through drying wet sludge. The system is designed as open operation; cyclone is configured as an intake system, to accelerate the drying out of moist air and dust filtration.
2. Purpose
- High efficiency drying equipment, the high moisture content of wet sludge, treated as a low moisture content of dried sludge.
- The best drying equipment of organic sludge and inorganic sludge for weight reduction.
- Suitable for paste material drying and reduction (continuous treatment).
- Application of the low moisture content of dried sludge for rapid reduction.
3. Features
The best drying and weight reduction system for chemical and organic sludge, easy operation and excellent effect. Effective use of excess process heat source such as steam and waste heat, energy saving drying process.
4. Specification and Functions
Continuous dryer apparatus plodder, the material pressed into thin strips in advance to facilitate rapid drying. When the material is fed into the drying chamber for drying, heat exchanger subsidies. Drying dust generated is collected by the cyclone for ventilation processing.
