Drum Screen：
Drum screen is installed behind the Coarse Screen to remove the suspended materials for preventing the clogging and reduce the loadings in downstream.
Micro Screen：
Micro screen is designed to polish the effluent from secondary treatment for S.S removal.
Product Introduce
H+R Drum Screen and Micro Screen are all made by stainless steel and the size can be varied from 1.0M diameter x 0.6M length to 3.0M diameter x 4.5M length.
Performance
Drum Screen:
Drum screen is continuously screening equipment, consisted of fixed shaft and rotating drum which is covered by screening mesh. The screen mesh can be stainless steel or Polyvinyl Ester, the opening varied form 0.1 to 6.3mm. Raw water fed into the screen through the mesh and suspended solids retained in the drum screen (Refer to Dw. 1) .The retainings will be rotated to top and spray washed debris into trough. By continuously operation, the screen can handle large flow rate in small space.
Micro Screen:
The function of micro screen is same as the drum screen, but its screen mesh can be varied from 5μm to 100μm, and the material can be stainless steel or Polyvinyl Ester. (Refer to Pic.2)
