• It is 2 track in Dial and 4 track in Cylinder.
• All the function can apply to this model where you are more familiar with the traditional interlock machine.
• Adopt different twisted yarn/ blended yarn/ 2ply or 3ply fancy yarn/ metallic yarn and etc will create hundreds of fabrics under same design.

The advantage of coarse gauge is to imitate flat knitting effect such as sweater.
Moreover, circular knit has a lot more production than flat knit.

The SDG- 4ACG machine permits various kinds of structures be able to knit: Punto di Roma, Swiss & French Pique, Spacer/ Scuba, vertical stripe, and etc by simply arranging cam system 2:2/ 2:4.

• DIAL INDICATOR:
  When adjusting the fabrics GSM or the needle timing, dial indicator device can easily help the technician to measure the cylinder position and make the adjusting work more efficiency.
  Cylinder height adjustment and Cylinder horizontal adjustment can take record on the fabrics work sheet and ease the adjustment work on the next machine.

  With our in-house precise processing CNC machine and high standard heat treatment on the main parts such as gear/ cams… , gives machine a stable, durable, and high performance features.
