Application
GGD AC Low Voltage Power Distribution Cabinet is applicable to power plant, transformer substantion, industrial and mining enterprises. It is used in power distribution system at AC 50Hz, rated working voltage of 380V, maximum working current of 3150A for power transformation, distribution and control of motor power, motor control and lighting.
GGD AC Low Voltage Power Distribution Panel is a new type low voltage power distribution cabinet manufactured according to the requirements of authority of Ministry of Energy, customers and relevant designing departments in principle of being safe, economic, rational and reliable. Its features include high capacity of breaking, good stability of heating, flexible electric scheme, convenient combination, being systematic, good practicality and novel structure, high Protection class, etc. It can be used to replace low voltage whole-set switchgear.
GGD AC Low Voltage Power Distribution Cabinet accords with IEC439 Low-Voltage Switchgear and Controlgear Assemblies and GB7251.1 Low-Voltage Switchgear and Controlgear Assemblies-Part 1: Type-Tested and Partially Type-Tested Assemblies.
Features
A. GGD AC Low Voltage Power Distribution Cabinet's cabinet body is in the form of universal cabinet, framework is welded from local parts with 8MF(or amended by 8MF) cold forming sectional steel, structured parts and special parts are supplied by appointed steel manufacturers so as to guarantee the precision and quality of steel. The parts of universal cabinet are designed in the module principle with 20mm installation holes. Its high coefficient of currency can realize pre-production in the factory, shorten production term and heighten work efficiency.
B. The design of GGD Cabinet takes full account of the problem of heat extraction in the process of moving. There are different amount of heat extraction holes on the top and bottom of the cabinet. When electric components heat, the quantity of heat will rise, but the heat will be ventilated from the top and the holes at the bottom will constantly supplement cool wind and form a natural ventilation path from bottom to top in the sealed cabinet and attain the aim of heat extraction.
C. According to the designing requirements of modern industrial products, the design of GGD Cabinet's appearance and cutting size of various parts is in the method of golden section, which makes the whole cabinet beautiful and elegant.
D. The door of Distribution Pane is connected to the truss with rotated movable chain for convenient installation and dismantling. There is a shan-shaped rubber bar at the folding side of the door and there is certain compression distance between the door and the truss when the door closes so as to prevent the door directly bumping with the cabinet and heighten Protection class of the door.
E. The instrument door installed with electric components is connected to the truss with many sections of soft copper wire; the installation parts and the truss are connected with knurled thumb screws to form an entire grounding protection circuit. F. The coating paint is polyester orange-shaped paint or epoxy powder, which has strong adhesive strength, good tactile feel. The whole cabinet is in Matt color, which avoids dizzy effect and creates a comfortable visual environment for the on-duty personnel.
G. The top of the cabinet can be dismantled if necessary for convenience of assembling and adjusting major busbar on the spot. The four corners at the top of the cabinet are installed with flying rings for lifting and shipping.
J. The Protection class of the cabinet is IP30; customers can choose between IP20 and IP40 according to the Operating environment.
Operating environment
The surrounding temperature is not higher than +40℃ and not lower than -5℃, and the average temperature within 24H is not higher than +35℃,.
Relative humidity does not exceed 50% when the temperature is +40℃; there can be higher relative humidity when the temperature is lower, (for example 90% when the temperature is +20℃). The case that the change of temperature may generate dew should be considered.
It is installed indoors and the altitude of site for use does not exceed 2000m
The incline with vertical side does not exceed 5o when it is installed. And the site for installation should be the place without intense shake and impact and the place which will not corrupt electric components.
