- One jumbo material roll converted into multi-line products roll by slit sealing device.
- Products roll diameter can be up to Max. 450mm(Standard diameter is Max. 220mm)
- Easy change for the bag length and tension by touch screen digital setting.
- Shuttle type Sealing and Perforation designe make operation fast and smoothly.
- Tensionless sealing; Low noise running and easy change design of perforation knife.
- Every knife can be changed the tooth knife pitch according to user.
- Printing mark function possibility.(optional)
- Heavy duty lifting auto-unwind with Edge Position Control of OFF-LINE type.
- Automatic speed follow by in-feed dancing device of IN-LINE type.
- Easy to operate and maintain full-featured surveillance system by HMI.
- Easy change designe for different core size of automatic rewind machine.
- The micro-tension system can easily tear off the min.8 micronmeter of film.
- Heavy duty film make possibly. The total thickness for bottom sealing up to 240micro.
