Hot rolled products production processes as follows:
(a.) hot rolled quenched and tempered steel coils (HRC):
Hot rolling of slab → extension → rolled finishing (including quenched and tempered)
(b.) pickling oiled steel coil (PO)
Slab → the hot rolling Extension → rolled finishing (including quenched and tempered) → pickling oiled → packaging
(c.) pickling annealing coil (PA), pickling balls of steel coils (PA-S):
Slab → the hot rolling Extension → rolled finishing (including quenched and tempered) → pickling → spheroidization annealing → oiled → Packaging


Cold-rolled products production process
1.Must first consider the demand for the quality of the final product, such as thickness, hardness, microstructure, formability, followed by the production equipment capacity constraints, and considering the cost of production of the steel production process is slightly different.
2.Relative to the hot-rolled products, cold-rolled products of a more complex production process.
3.Organized into the following processes:
Cold-rolled steel coil: slab → hot-rolled → hot-rolled finishing → pickling → (a. annealing) → cold-rolled, → (b. cleaning) → (c. annealing) → (d. quenched and tempered) → cold-rolled fine the whole oiled → packaging
